Sneha Ullal is an Indian film actress who has appeared in Tollywood and Bollywood films. She is best known for her role in the Telugu film Ullasamga Utsahamga.
Ullal was born in Muscat, Oman to Indian immigrants parents of Devadiga community from Mangalore.
He studied at Indian School Muscat and Salalah in Oman. Later she moved to Mumbai with her mother and attended Durelo Convent High School and later studied at MMK College. At college she befriended Arpita Khan, her college mate and the younger sister of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The friendship led to the chance meeting with Salman Khan and film offers.
Ullal made her film debut in the 2005 Hindi movie Lucky: No Time for Love across Salman Khan. After that she appeared in a movie with Khan `s brother Sohail Khan in Aryan, which did not do well at the box office.
After this film, she was noted for similarities in appearance with Aishwarya Rai.
